Additional Comments: = A friend and I decided to give Briery a break and try Sandy. Sure was  nice weather for the end of July. A bit windy which made the wacky rig presentation difficult, had to resort to the Tx. rig and crankbait when fishing in unprotected areas.

Water Conditions: = Slight stain 3 - 4 foot visibility
Water Temp.: = 81 surface
Locations Fished: = Main lake points straight across from boat ramps towards the bridge and then the whole other side of the bridge
Types of fish caught and sizes: = 10 largemouth, 1 sunfish
Types of lures/bait: = Chartreuse Buzzbait, Shad Rapala DT-10, Pumpkin Senko
Depths fished: = 2-20 feet

Additional Comments: = Caught five between 6:30 and 10:00 on the Chart Buzzbait fished this in 4 foot of water along points that dropped quickly to 20 foot.  Largest was 3.5, all other around 1 pound.  Caught 1 chasing shad in 20 foots of water on the DT-10.  Finished the day catching 4 on the Senko fishing deep sides of weed edges that ran 10 - 14 feet deep.
